The Cardio Theatre equipment includes advanced treadmills, steppers, upright and recumbent bikes, rowers and cross-trainers. This superior cardiovascular training equipment is matched with television and music technology, allowing you to choose your own preferred entertainment.



The Clubhouse at Hyatt Hotel Canberra has a full size synthetic grass tennis court which is floodlit for night use. Professional private lessons are available upon request. Located metres away from Lake Burley Griffin, The Clubhouse at Hyatt Hotel Canberra is in the ideal location to take advantage of the jogging and cycling tracks that surround the lake. Mountain bikes are offered for a nominal hire charge.


Personal Training

The Clubhouse offers individual and small group sessions with qualified Personal Trainers. Every session is tailored to your unique needs, as well as providing you with extra motivation and enjoyment to keep you working out regularly.
