An extensive buffet featuring the freshest seafood is offered seven days a week for lunch and dinner along with a seasonal a la carte menu. Each dish features the best of locally sourced produce and follows the Hyatt food philosophy of offering 'Food, Thoughtfully Sourced, Carefully Served'. Our executive chef has created a menu suitable for a casual dinner for two or a gathering of business associates.
The Private Dining Room is private and quite intimate, available for groups between four and ten. It has its own separate entrance off the Promenade Cafe. This space will be the perfect solution to your private dining requirements.
